Terms of purchase

The Spanish version of these terms is the governing version.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Taxes (IVA) included or not: pending. Catalog orders can be reserved with a 50% deposit; custom orders with a 50% deposit. The balance is paid before shipping.

Custom orders

Production starts once the deposit is received and the design proof is approved.

Shipping and delivery time

Delivery time is confirmed for each order. Coverage and carriers pending.

Changes and cancellations

Policy pending confirmation.
